Outpatient Behavioral Counseling

Levi Hospital's Transitions Counseling program provides comprehensive outpatient mental health care.

Levi Hospital Transitions Outpatient Behavioral Health

Individual & Group Therapy

We offer both individual and group therapy based on the needs of the patient and to ensure the best possible treatment plan.

If you or a loved one has experienced increased irritability; or a sudden decrease in interest in family activities, work, hobbies, or community, it's time to give us a call to learn more about our treatment options.

If you or a loved one has expressed thoughts of self-harm or if you've abandoned self-care routines, our outpatient counseling program may help.

Transitions Counseling Program

The Transitions Counseling program, supported by psychiatrists, nurses, counselors, and others, helps patients cope with unresolved issues, physical and emotional trauma, and mental health issues they can no longer handle on their own.

Levi Hospital Outpatient Therapy Services

Outpatient Therapy Services

Our Transitions Outpatient Counseling Services help those suffering from depression, anxiety, sadness, and other debilitating issues that prohibit patients from living a full, happy, productive life. We offer assessments for this program Monday through Friday, during regular business hours.

Levi Hospital strives to provide the very best in inpatient and outpatient care. We work closely with patients and their loved ones to create a program that helps patients cope with various mental health and psychiatric issues.

Deciding to Get Help

As with any outpatient counseling program, we provide the following admission criteria to help determine the level of care you need:

  • Psychiatric symptoms that significantly impair personal, social, occupational or other areas of functioning
  • A reasonable expectation of improvement or to maintain the person's condition
  • Requires more than occasional outpatient treatment sessions
  • Does not require 24 hour inpatient hospitalization
