Levi Hospital Clinical Laboratory will serve all patients admitted to Levi Hospital regardless of age, gender, religion, creed, race, disability, national origin or economic means.
In-House Laboratory Services
The testing facilities of our laboratory will encompass every test required by our physicians for the treatment and diagnosis of their patients. Testing that is not available in-house will be provided through written agreements with CLIA-certified, approved laboratories.
We offer testing in general hematology, urinalysis, general chemistry, basic immunology, and toxicology screening.
